We, here at Lāčplēsis, are really just looking for some kick-ass members who are mature, fun, and really just want to have a great time with other people that are of a similar mind.  If you think you have all of those, then read on!!!

Who we are looking for:

• People that are extremely interested in Warhammer Online—making it their main long-term MMORPG.
• People that are most interested in the RvR aspect of WAR (skirmishes, scenarios, public quests, etc), but also interested in participating in PvE type raiding and quests.
• People that will be able to use Ventrilo at or before the official launch of the Warhammer Online.
• People that are at least 18 years of age.
• People that are entertaining and fun.
• People that are mature, and can conduct themselves in a professional manner in events, PQs, RvR, crafting, and even in conversations on the forums and Ventrilo.
• IMPORTANT:  People that can communicate on the forums, Ventrilo, and in game with good use of the English language—this means spelling, grammar, punctuation, AND are easily understandable.

Some of these are guidelines, and others are very important.  Some exceptions can be made.  Please just be honest and be yourself.

Recommended Actions and Standard Protocol:

1. Register on the site (if you already haven’t done so).
2. Familiarize yourself with the rules, structure, FAQs, and feeling of the guild.
3. Introduce yourself in the “Introduction” section of our forums—this is where we start to get to know you, so let your personality stand out!!
4. Post an official application in the “Application” section of our forums.
5. Continue to post and get to know the community.  At this point, upon review of your application, you will receive a Pending or Denied status on your posted application.
6. We will continue to get to know you.  After a reasonable amount of time you will receive an Accepted or Denied status.
7. Please note, in most cases it can take anywhere from a couple weeks to a few weeks to receive a final decision.  Please be patient.
8. If Accepted, you will receive trial membership status.  After a reasonable amount of time has passed, you will be promoted to a full ranking member.
